The impact of cancer - the diagnosis - the treatment - can feel overwhelming.  You have to give yourself permission to feel sorry for yourself sometimes, because it doesn&#039;t come natural to some of us.  

And complaining about the effects of treatment - that&#039;s not whining - that&#039;s just telling the truth!</description>
